As every year, the third castle sets up in the basement of the Palace of the Nativity Monumental Corgna. Work is divided into several rooms and in a figurative path through the corridors of the basement for a total of 6 rooms and 400 square feet. Each room is meticulously prepared by the volunteers of the Terziere working for months for its completion , combining tradition, craftsmanship and construction, thus creating a journey that carries the visitor through the ages of environments with visual and sound suggestions. Quest’anno viene proposto un un percorso atttraverso il quale il visitatore, faced with the difficulties and chaos of the modern world, trova una possibile via d’uscita nel rispetto e nel perseguimento della bellezza della natura, sia nelle sue forme più aspre e selvagge, that in situations anthropized, ma comunque sempre nel pieno rispetto del connubio fra uomo e ambiente circostante.
"We want to offer," said the volunteers of the third castle.. "A message at the same time respect for nature, di speranza per le sorti dell’umanità e, obviously, of peace. "
To demonstrate this, the third castle this year starts the collaboration with the Association of Friends of Malawi, ell to donate part of the Nativity built projects in Africa.
As per tradition, the entrance room will be decorated and arranged by the students of the institute including Città della Pieve who will participate in a workshop organized by the Laboratory Terrarte.
Visitors to the nativity scene this year potrenno then continue to visit the new Museum of Terziere, opened this year and always located on the upper floors of Palazzo Corgna, where they are exposed 50 year history of the Nativity, customs and works of Terziere.
Open daily from 25 December to 6 January, pm 10.00 to 12.30 and by 15.00 to 19.00.
